Women of Excellence Academy (WEA) is a non-profit agency that provides various services to women and teens in a crisis through our counseling and crisis intervention program. Our primary focus is to empower women to make responsible decisions about their lives and build self-confidence through positive self-image to successfully function in mainstream society. The following programs exist under the umbrella of WEA:

• Crisis Pregnancy Program (South Bay Pregnancy Resource Center)
• Women in Crisis Program
• Vocational/Technical Training Program
• Legal Resource Program
• Clothing and Food Program
• Youth Development Program
